Relias Earns Second Gold Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health

National honor from Mental Health America highlights company’s comprehensive approach to fostering a supportive workplace culture

MORRISVILLE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Relias, the trusted multi-solution workforce enablement partner to 13,000 healthcare organizations and 4.5 million caregivers, today announced it has been awarded its second Gold Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health by Mental Health America (MHA), a recognition for U.S. employers who meet or exceed national benchmarks in supporting employee mental health.

After an evaluation of company policies and practices across culture, benefits, compliance, and whole-health wellness programs, Relias achieved Gold-level status for exceptional dedication to building a supportive, mentally healthy workplace aligned with leading industry practices.

“For a workplace to foster employee well-being, medical benefits and pay alone are not enough,” said Tina Krebs, Chief People Officer, Relias. “Culture must be addressed, with mental health, personal resilience, and flexibility front and center. That is something we recognized early on, and this distinction from Mental Health America affirms the intentional, consistent work behind our approach to helping Relians thrive.”

Over the last 18 months, Relias has introduced several enhancements to further improve its workplace culture. The company expanded base paid parental leave for all parents to 10 weeks, bringing total leave for women to 14-16 weeks, extended phase-back leave to all new parents, added four weeks of paid caregiver leave, and launched a sabbatical program for long-tenured team members.

Relias also provides robust mental health support, including confidential 24/7 counseling and coaching services, designated “mental health days,” and a flexible work environment to help employees with personal well-being with professional growth.

“People are at the foundation of everything we do,” said Kay Krafft, Chief Executive Officer, Relias. “Receiving this honor today makes me proud of our commitment to supporting each other, and we’ll only continue making Relias a place where everyone can feel and do their best.”

This recognition marks Relias’ second Gold Bell Seal, illustrating a sustained commitment to employee wellness.
