Wolf & Company Announces Dedicated Transaction Advisory Services Practice to Serve the Middle Market, Names Phillip Whitaker as Principal and Lead

Whitaker joins Wolf & Company after a thirteen-year tenure in RSM’s Transaction Advisory practice, where he provided financial due diligence, quality of earnings analysis, and M&A support across a range of middle-market transactions.
