SierraConstellation Partners Announces Two Strategic New Hires

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SierraConstellation Partners (“SCP”), an interim management and advisory firm, announced today two strategic new hires: Managing Director Jeffrey Showalter and Director Harrison Edelman. Showalter will be based in Los Angeles and Edelman will be based in New York.

Showalter has over 30 years of financial advisory and leadership experience working across industries with companies ranging in size from venture-backed startups to billion-dollar operations. He is an expert at establishing exceptional finance and account teams across organizations and advising on CFO and transaction services for organizations. Prior to joining SCP, Showalter founded Libertad Holdings, an advisory firm focused on providing CFO and transaction advisory services to the small and medium size business market in Southern California. Showalter received his MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Washington University in St. Louis.

Edelman joins SCP from Citigroup, where he was a product manager working on the firm’s global obligor risk rating platform. He has over 7 years of experience in corporate and investment banking and turnaround and restructuring, with a particular skillset in the oil and gas sector, working with upstream, midstream, and downstream clients. Edelman received a Master of Arts degree in economics and a Bachelor of Science in finance from Rutgers University and is a CFA Charterholder.
