2025 Top Workplaces for Engineers Inaugural Award Announced

Launched in partnership with Engineering.com, the award honors organizations that provide exceptional workplaces for engineers, fostering innovation, supporting career growth, and prioritizing a people-first culture.

Participating organizations were required to employ at least 35 engineers or have an engineering workforce comprising 10% or more of their total employee base. The winners were determined by real employee feedback captured by Energage’s confidential, research-backed Workplace Survey.
