Sean Evans Turns Up the Heat at Fiber Connect 2025 with Exclusive Hot Seat Interview

Host Sean Evans will test the palate and broadband IQ of TAK Broadband

WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Fiber Broadband Association (FBA) is turning up the heat at Fiber Connect 2025, the world’s largest event for fiber deployment, expansion, and innovation. This year’s conference, taking place June 1-4, in Nashville, Tenn., is set to deliver a must-see, unscripted conversation on broadband's biggest topics—hosted by Sean Evans, the Emmy-nominated host of Hot Ones. This exclusive main stage event, set for Monday, June 2, is sponsored by TAK Broadband and will feature their CEO Trent Edwards in the fiber broadband hot seat.

"With states fired up to begin connecting every American to fiber broadband, Sean Evans will bring the heat to the Fiber Connect 2025 main stage, for what we are sure will be the hottest interview in fiber broadband history," said Evann Freeman, Vice President, Government & Community Relations, EPB. “Just like fiber broadband delivers speed and reliability, they’ll need that same resilience to get through this challenge."

Evans is no stranger to putting high-profile guests in the hot seat — literally. As host of the wildly popular YouTube series Hot Ones, which boasts 14.6 million subscribers, he has earned a reputation for his sharp, well-researched interview questions that often leave A-list celebrities speechless (and sweating). His guests have included Gordon Ramsey, Shaquille O’Neal, Kevin Hart, Lady Gaga, Bill Murray, Neil deGrasse Tyson, and Malcom Gladwell, among others.

Now, Evans will bring his signature interview style to the broadband industry, sitting down with Edwards for a bold, spicy conversation. Expect candid insights, clever questions, and, of course, wings that climb the Scoville Scale with each question asked.

Don’t miss this one-of-a-kind session where broadband meets the burn! Fiber Connect 2025 continues to push the boundaries of innovation, education, and industry engagement, making it the must-attend event for fiber professionals, policymakers, and industry leaders.
