Comcast Connects First Homes and Businesses in Princeton, WV to its State-of-the-Art Network

Comcast bolsters investment in Mercer County, bringing Xfinity and Comcast Business services to 5,000 additional homes and businesses

PRINCETON, W.Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Comcast today announced it has connected the first residents and businesses in the Princeton, WV area to Xfinity and Comcast Business services. This is part of an expansion project connecting more than 5,000 homes and businesses to reliable, high-speed, symmetrical, Internet in the Princeton area.

Residents and businesses can visit Xfinity.com/MyTown and enter their addresses for additional details on construction timing and service availability. Additionally, they can visit the nearby Xfinity Store located at 1901 Leatherwood Lane, Bluefield, WV 24701.

This project is part of Comcast’s ongoing expansion in West Virginia, where the company has invested more than $107 million in technology and infrastructure over the last three years – including upgrades to its local network.
