Lincoln Property Company Expands Florida Healthcare Leadership Team for Corporate Advisory & Solutions Business

New strategic hires bring nearly 40 years of cumulative experience in healthcare real estate

ORLANDO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lincoln Property Company (“Lincoln”), a global full-service real estate firm, today announced the expansion of its Florida regional presence with three strategic hires of seasoned, top-market healthcare experts to its Corporate Advisory & Solutions (“CAS”) group. Brian Wilcox joins the firm as Senior Vice President of Healthcare Brokerage for the Southeast Region, Matt Poncy as Vice President, Healthcare Brokerage and Jonah Puttbach as Senior Transaction Manager.

With nearly four decades of combined experience working in healthcare real estate, Mr. Wilcox, Mr. Poncy and Mr. Puttbach are well respected leaders in the industry and Florida market. They joined Lincoln from Holladay Properties, where they were instrumental in the growth of Holladay’s healthcare brokerage platform.

Mr. Wilcox will lead the team in expanding Lincoln’s healthcare business across Florida. The team will report into Executive Vice President, Webber Beall III who is a senior officer of CAS and the Managing Director of the Healthcare Services group. Lincoln’s CAS business provides comprehensive real estate services tailored to the unique needs of its clients, including integrated facilities management, project management, transaction and lease administration, strategic planning, site selection, and more. Lincoln’s healthcare platform spans over 45 million square feet of leased and managed space.

While at Holladay Properties, Mr. Wilcox served as Vice President and Broker of Record in Florida, overseeing the healthcare brokerage platform and local team. His responsibilities over the past 15 years included healthcare project leasing, asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, market analysis, new development analysis, portfolio and financial analysis, property management, and property valuation.

In this role, he specialized in landlord representation, successfully representing clients including Healthpeak Properties, CNL, Welltower, Montecito, ONICX Development, Cypress West, and AEW. Mr. Puttbach was an associate broker servicing Northeast Florida for Holladay.
