Hewlett Packard Enterprise to Present Live Audio Webcast on Juniper Networks Acquisition

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HPE (NYSE: HPE) will conduct a live audio webcast on July 10, 2025, to discuss the closing of the Juniper Networks acquisition. HPE executives Antonio Neri, president and CEO; Marie Myers, executive vice president and CFO; and Rami Rahim, executive vice president, president and general manager, HPE Networking, will discuss the acquisition, which positions HPE to capture the growing AI and hybrid cloud market opportunity by creating an industry-leading cloud-native and AI-driven IT portfolio, including a full, modern networking stack. HPE will not be updating financial disclosures or providing detailed financial information at this time.
