Standley Systems Welcomes Manny Veyna III as Director of Sales, Strengthening DFW Presence

Enterprise tech veteran brings vision, energy and a client-first mindset to drive growth in the Dallas-Fort Worth market

PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Standley Systems today announced the appointment of Manny Veyna III as Director of Sales for the company’s Dallas-Fort Worth branch. The strategic hire marks a major investment in the future of Standley’s salesforce, client partnerships and long-term growth in one of Texas’ most dynamic and competitive markets. Home to more than 7.5 million people and recognized as one of the fastest-growing tech hubs in the U.S., Dallas-Fort Worth presents a high-impact opportunity for Standley’s continued expansion and innovation.

With over a decade of experience in enterprise technology and digital transformation, Veyna brings a track record of high-impact sales leadership and a passion for building empowered, high-performing teams. Prior to joining Standley Systems, he held senior sales roles at Xerox, Thomson Reuters and Dell Technologies, where he consistently led high-performing teams, secured complex enterprise deals and delivered measurable value to customers.

Veyna earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Policy from Texas Tech University and later completed his Professional MBA at SMU’s Cox School of Business, where he was honored with the Cox Legacy Award for leadership and impact.

“Manny’s leadership is a catalyst for everything we’re building in the Dallas market,” said Perry Hatch, Vice President of Sales at Standley Systems. “He brings a sharp understanding of the industry, a passion for coaching and a strong belief in doing right by the customer—values that reflect exactly who we are at Standley. His ability to connect strategy with action will help our team grow stronger, move faster and deliver even more value to our clients.”

Veyna officially joined the company this summer and now leads Standley’s DFW sales team. His immediate priorities include expanding Standley’s client footprint across the metroplex, mentoring new talent and establishing the company as a go-to partner for workflow automation, managed services and digital transformation.

His hiring reinforces Standley’s broader commitment to delivering high-touch, high-value solutions in markets that are often underserved by larger OEM providers. As DFW businesses continue to navigate rapid changes, from automation and compliance demands to digital workflows and hybrid work environments, Veyna sees an opportunity for Standley to deliver more responsive, right-sized solutions.

“This is a company with 90 years of history, but it’s also fiercely forward-looking,” said Manny Veyna III, Director of Sales, Dallas. “Standley is creating space for new ideas, investing in people and staying focused on where the industry is headed. That’s the kind of environment where I know we can build something lasting.”

For clients, prospects, and the broader business community, Veyna’s arrival signals Standley’s deepening commitment to the Dallas-Fort Worth market and its ongoing investment in sales leadership that’s rooted in both vision and values.
