PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Creative Brands, a leading provider of gifts, home décor, and specialty products, today announced the acquisition of The Gift Wrap Company, the oldest established gift wrap manufacturer in the United States.

Founded in 1903 in Massachusetts by Eli Hyman and Morris Silverman, The Gift Wrap Company built a reputation for innovation and artistry in the social expression and gift presentation categories. With more than a century of heritage, the brand has long been recognized for its distinctive wrapping paper, ribbons, bows, and accessories that elevated the gift-giving experience for generations of consumers.
