KCC Announces the Release of RiskInsight® Version 4.15

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Karen Clark & Company (KCC) is pleased to announce the release of RiskInsight® Version 4.15, the latest advancement of the open loss modeling platform. The new update introduces major performance and system enhancements, increasing the speed, scalability, and computing power of the leading risk modeling application.

The update enables faster and more efficient loss analyses, particularly for large hurricane and severe convective storm portfolios. Further analysis performance advancements are bolstered by cloud-hosted machine upgrades, including faster job start-up times, and Linux compatibility for worker machines.

“RiskInsight 4.15 delivers KCC’s greatest single-version upgrade to analysis performance to date,” said Marshall Pagano, KCC Senior Director, Client Services. “These advancements demonstrate our commitment to providing the industry’s most accurate models at the speed that decisionmakers require.”

This release also introduces enhanced worker machine logic, as well as a new “helper queue” feature for analysis management. Designated helper queues now automatically draw from other job queues with multiple pending analyses, which accelerates throughput across the platform.

KCC’s comprehensive API suite empowers organizations to integrate RiskInsight with their internal systems and automate their workflows at scale to drive faster, more informed decisions. Building on this foundation, Version 4.15 introduces new endpoints for analysis management as well as combining various individual results into a single combined output.

Additional enhancements include faster EP Curve loading times and customizable return period displays within the software.

“As KCC expands globally, we understand the importance of a fast and efficient multi-model platform,” said Karen Clark, KCC CEO. “RiskInsight is the only industrial-strength modeling platform that delivers complete transparency on all model components, as well as powerful model-building tools, so (re)insurers can efficiently run multiple high-resolution models—including their own custom models—on one platform.”
