Also participating is a family-owned salsa and enchilada sauce co-packer and manufacturer from New Mexico, celebrated for its authentic Southwestern flavors and traditional small-batch recipes. Joining them is a Brooklyn-based frozen snack company specializing in gluten-free, chef-inspired offerings that blend global flavors with convenient formats. Rounding out the list is a high-protein snack brand focused on crispy chicken skin snacks, delivering a bold, low-carb alternative for on-the-go consumers.
