The company welcomes Mandra Langford, Brian DeCato, and Ed Hensley, each bringing extensive experience in multi-unit operations, talent development, and large-scale business growth to their new regional roles.

Mandra Langford – Vice President of Operations, Central Region

Langford joins Sky Zone with a strong background in retail and restaurant operations, workforce development, and scalable growth. She previously held senior roles at ALDI and most recently served as Vice President of Operations at Salad and Go, where she helped guide the brand through rapid expansion across multiple markets.

Brian DeCato – Vice President of Operations, West Region

DeCato brings more than 20 years of experience managing operations across hospitality, fitness, and retail. Before joining Sky Zone, he served as Area General Manager at Sonder Hospitality, overseeing a portfolio of properties, leading major integration and optimization initiatives. His background also includes operational leadership roles with Peloton Interactive and Equinox Fitness, where he drove performance improvements and multi-site growth.

Ed Hensley – Vice President of Operations, East Region

A proven Sky Zone leader, Hensley has been promoted from Senior Director of Operations after overseeing parks in the Midwest and Northeast, where he improved park performance and the scaling of operational standards. Prior to Sky Zone, Hensley held management positions with Clutter, Inc. and TJX Corporation, overseeing multi-state operations and driving consistent business results.
