i3 Verticals and West Virginia Supreme Court Expand Partnership

NASHVILLE, Tenn--(BUSINESS WIRE)--i3 Verticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: IIIV) (“i3 Verticals” or the “Company”) today announced a new contract with the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia that provides for the delivery of the i3 CourtOne^™ Case Management Solution (CMS) to the state’s Circuit, Family and Magistrate Courts. This engagement represents a significant milestone in the state’s ongoing modernization efforts, and promotes a more unified, transparent, and efficient judicial system. The Company will discuss this new contract during its upcoming fiscal 2025 fourth quarter earnings call in November, but the Company estimates the contract will represent eight figures in revenue over a six-year period.
