“From our founding 25 years ago, Pinnacle’s vision has been to be the best financial services firm and the best place to work,” said Summer Yeiser, Pinnacle’s director of associate and client experience. “This is validation that women thrive in Pinnacle’s work environment, where associates have the autonomy and empowerment to do what they do best and enjoy work-life balance without micromanagement. We’re fortunate to have an incredible workplace where every associate has the opportunity to be successful.”

To determine the Best Workplaces for Women, Great Place To Work analyzed the survey responses of nearly 600,000 women who work for Great Place To Work Certified™ companies that were eligible for the list. To be considered, a company must employ at least 50 women, have at least 20 percent of non-executive managers who are women and at least one senior executive who’s a woman.

“Pinnacle is successful in no small part because of the representation of highly talented women in leadership and client-facing roles and throughout the organization,” said Terry Turner, Pinnacle’s president and CEO. “Variety of perspectives is critical. It’s not just the right thing to do but also a powerful driver of results.”

The Best Workplaces for Women list is highly competitive. Survey responses reflect a comprehensive picture of the workplace experience. Honorees were selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for women regardless of job role, race, sexual orientation, work status, or other demographic identifier. The Best Workplaces for Women work hard every day to make sure women across all intersections feel valued, seen, and supported. They make sure women understand their purpose, are recognized for their efforts, see visible examples of other women succeeding and have clear career paths supported by development and mentorship opportunities.
