BTIG Expands Housing and Real Estate Coverage with Appointment of Ryan Gilbert

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BTIG announced today the appointment of Ryan Gilbert as Managing Director and Housing and Real Estate Services Analyst within the firm’s Research and Strategy team. Mr. Gilbert brings extensive experience in housing and real estate, having held positions across investment management and sell-side research firms.

Mr. Gilbert joins BTIG from MetLife Investment Management (MIM) Private Capital, where he served as Senior Director and was responsible for sourcing, originating, and managing single family rental debt and equity investments. Prior to MIM, Mr. Gilbert was a Director and Research Analyst at BTIG, providing coverage across several industries within housing and real estate. Earlier in his career, he held equity research roles at Morgan Stanley and Compass Point Research & Trading.
