Clutch Strengthens Board with Appointment of Former BMO Vice Chair and CFO Tom Flynn

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Clutch, Canada’s leading online used car retailer, today announced the appointment of Tom Flynn to its Board of Directors.

Tom brings decades of executive, financial, and governance experience from one of Canada’s largest financial institutions. He retired as Vice-Chair of BMO Financial Group in 2022 after more than 25 years with the company, during which he held senior leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer (2011–2020), Chief Risk Officer (2008–2011), and Head of the Financial Services Corporate and Investment Banking Group in BMO Capital Markets.
