Tom Koebel Joins as Southeast Market Director

Tom Koebel brings a proven track record as a top producing sales leader with years of experience in the health benefits and insurance industry. He currently serves as the Southeast Market Director, leading expansion efforts and supporting brokers across Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Virginia, North and South Carolina.

Prior to joining The Difference Card, Tom spent four years with EyeMed Vision Care, where he further developed his leadership capabilities. During that time, he took on increasing responsibility for guiding teams, mentoring colleagues, and driving strategic initiatives that supported both organizational goals and individual growth. That experience played a pivotal role in shaping his professional growth. Tom holds a degree from the New York Institute of Technology.

Adrien Darbouze Jr. Promoted to West Market Director

Based in the Los Angeles Metro region, Adrien Darbouze Jr. has been promoted to West Market Director, advancing from his previous role as Senior Sales Consultant at The Difference Card. In this leadership position, Adrien now oversees all market development, broker partnerships, and strategic initiatives across California, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Nevada, Arizona and Colorado.

Adrien has been recognized internally for his performance, having earned Consultant of the Month honors for his outstanding client service and results. He is a graduate of UCLA and is multilingual in English, French, and Italian, strengthening his ability to support diverse client populations.
