Seward & Kissel Adds Venture Capital Partner Jacob Comer to Investment Management Group

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Seward & Kissel LLP announced today that Jacob Comer has joined as partner in the Firm’s Investment Management practice specializing in venture capital formation and transactions.

Comer has extensive experience leading fund formation, cross-border fundraising, and complex deal structuring. He has a background as both a legal and investment executive overseeing regulatory strategy, fund launches, and high-stakes transactions.

Comer comes to Seward & Kissel from Novaquest Capital Management where he served as a member of the executive committee overseeing all legal matters. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade in the investment management group of a large international law firm.
