“The addition of KW Qatar marks another milestone in our Middle East growth story,” said William E. Soteroff, president of Keller Williams Worldwide (KWW), the international division of Keller Williams.

“Across 35 market centers and close to 4,000 agents, our presence in the region continues to accelerate as we share our culture and business models with local leaders eager to build thriving, service-driven real estate businesses,” said Soteroff.

Led by Regional Operating Principal Muhammad Usman Saeed, the KW franchise in Qatar is currently initializing operations. In Q3 ’25, KW® Qatar opened its first market center.

“Guided by Saeed’s vision and leadership, KW Qatar will bring a new level of professionalism and purpose to Qatar’s real estate industry,” said Soteroff. “His team’s passion for empowering agents and serving their communities reflects our mission to build careers worth having, businesses worth owning, and lives worth living.”

With over 15 years of senior business leadership experience in Qatar across real estate, education, and investment-based firms, Saeed has built a career uniting financial discipline with strategic growth. He has overseen successful public listings, led institutional restructuring initiatives, and managed real estate valuations and development projects exceeding $1 billion USD.

“Keller Williams brings the right balance with world-class training, technology, and accountability within a model that allows agents the freedom to grow their own businesses fully,” said Saeed. “Our affiliated agents will thrive with this structure.”

Qatar marks the fifth KW master franchise in the Middle East. The brand's other four regions include Turkiye, Saudi Arabia, Israel, and Dubai, UAE.

“My vision is to make KW Qatar the most trusted, agent-focused, and culture-driven real estate company in the country,” said Saeed. “We want to create an environment where agents grow as entrepreneurs, not just in sales performance but in mindset, professionalism, and long-term wealth building.”
