All three achievements demonstrate the focus that the family-run business has on ride safety and earning advanced NAARSO credentials. That commitment has never wavered as Fun Crew USA has grown, providing high-quality entertainment attractions to clients across the country.

“Along with our love for this industry, safety is the foundation of everything we do,” said Tony Liberti. “Earning NAARSO Level II is another step in making sure our team stays sharp on the details that matter most, from how equipment works to how it should be inspected, operated and maintained. I couldn’t be prouder of AJ and Johanna. They both worked hard to earn certification because they know how important it is to do what we do.”

Level II certification is obtained through a combination of testing, experience and a personal Interview. Requirements include holding a current NAARSO Level I Inspector Certification, which Tony Liberti earned in 2023. It also requires completing ongoing NAARSO-approved continuing education and passing a written exam covering advanced topics such as welding, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics and non-destructive testing of amusement rides and devices.

Earning Level I certification requires understanding issues such as mechanical force, tensile strength of bolts, electrical connections, electrical grounding, safety restraints, blocking, ride signage and more.
