RealmOne Announces Leadership Transition, Appoints Matt Ford as Chief Executive Officer

Gary Daigle, who has served as Chief Executive Officer since founding the company in 2005, will retire from his role on May 31, 2026. Matt Ford, currently President and Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed as the company’s new CEO. RealmOne is a portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital.
