Adam and Marylee acquired Casago Estes Park in October 2025 as part of Casago’s transition of former Vacasa-managed markets to local ownership, and took over day-to-day operations in February 2026. Since then, they have established a stable and growing locally led operation that manages 47 mountain vacation homes.

Adam brings more than a decade of experience in systems and supply chain operations, while Marylee has led large-scale supply chain and accounting functions. Their path to business ownership followed a period of personal loss and growing disillusionment with corporate careers, reinforcing their long-term focus on autonomy and people-first service.

The franchise has introduced several service enhancements, including a dedicated “Dream Weaver” role focused on personalizing guest stays through thoughtful touches, from tailored welcome gifts to details that make each stay more memorable.

The team also conducts pre-stay inspections and preventative maintenance to help ensure homes consistently meet guest expectations, while supporting homeowners through proactive care and cost-effective solutions.

The business also supports the regional economy through hiring and partnerships with area vendors, incorporating regional products into guest experiences and expanding seasonal recruitment through community and school-based initiatives.
