KENNESAW, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Yamaha Marine continues to build on its Yamaha Blue Life storytelling platform with a new feature focused on Alaska Surf Guides and Captain Scott Reierson, whose passion for surfing, exploration and life on the water offers a rare look at adventure in coastal Alaska.
The feature follows Reierson as he navigates Alaska’s rugged coastline in search of remote surf breaks accessible only by boat. Through dramatic scenery, unpredictable conditions and untouched waters, the story captures a lifestyle centered on exploration and a deep connection to the outdoors. Reierson relies on Yamaha outboards to power the tender boats used during his expeditions, helping deliver customers safely to shorelines in one of the world’s most demanding marine environments.
“This story is truly one of the most visually stunning pieces we’ve done,” said Frank Wilhelm, Advertising and Digital Marketing Manager, Yamaha Marine U.S. Business Unit. “Captain Scott Reierson gives enthusiasts a whole new perspective on surfing. We’re excited to tell his story and excited that Yamaha plays a small role in his adventure.”
Based in coastal Alaska, Alaska Surf Guides blends surfing, boating and exploration into a unique adventure experience. Reierson leads guests through some of Alaska’s most remote and visually stunning locations, where towering glaciers, rugged coastlines and untouched waters create an unforgettable backdrop for surfing. From navigating icy fjords to catching waves beneath snow-covered peaks, the experience offers a rare perspective on Alaska’s wilderness while emphasizing the freedom and access that reliable marine performance makes possible.
