Imperial Dade Canada Completes Acquisition of Enterprise Paper, Expands Presence in Western Canada

Transaction Strengthens Distribution Network Across British Columbia and Alberta

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario & COQUITLAM, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Imperial Dade Canada, a leading distributor of food service packaging, janitorial supplies, industrial products, and facility solutions, today announced the successful completion of its previously announced acquisition of Enterprise Paper Holdings, Ltd. (“Enterprise Paper” or the “Company”). Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1973, Enterprise Paper is a Canadian-owned distributor of paper, packaging, and janitorial products with locations in British Columbia and Alberta. The management team has built a strong reputation for its knowledgeable sales force, broad product offering, and commitment to exceptional customer service.

Through this acquisition, Enterprise Paper customers will continue to receive the high-touch service they have come to expect while gaining access to Imperial Dade Canada’s expanded portfolio of products, solutions, and supply chain capabilities.
