Planview Recognized by Gartner® as a Leader in Adaptive Project Management and Reporting

Organization named a Leader for Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Planview®, the leading platform that equips organizations to act decisively and close the gap between strategic intent and outcomes, today announced that it has been named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Adaptive Project Management and Reporting (APMR)1. This is the fifth consecutive year that Planview has been recognized as a Leader and was positioned among organizations for both Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute.

“Organizations don’t need another tool to track activity — they need a way to know their investments are actually producing desired outcomes. In the age of AI, that means giving teams intelligent, connected systems that help them adapt faster, prioritize better, and deliver with more confidence,” said Louise K. Allen, Chief Product Officer at Planview. “Being named a Leader for the fifth consecutive year, in our opinion, reflects our commitment to producing outcomes. With Planview® AdaptiveWork and Planview® ProjectAdvantage, plus AI embedded through Planview® Anvi, we feel we’re setting the standard for how organizations manage portfolios and deliver products and projects across every stage of APMR maturity.”

Planview was also recognized in the Gartner® companion report to the Magic Quadrant, the 2026 Critical Capabilities for Adaptive Project Management and Reporting (APMR)2. The Critical Capabilities document is a comparative analysis that scores competing products or services against a set of critical differentiators identified by Gartner. Planview AdaptiveWork received the highest score in all four Use Cases. Earlier this year, Planview was named a Leader The Gartner 2026 Magic Quadrant for Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)3, also placing in the highest and furthest right position for both Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute.
