Thompson Street Capital Partners Portfolio Company ATIS Acquires AuditMate to Strengthen Its Elevator Asset Management Platform

ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a St. Louis-based private equity firm, today announced that its portfolio company, ATIS, has acquired AuditMate, a leading elevator asset management technology platform. The acquisition positions ATIS as the technology-enabled leader in elevator asset management by combining AuditMate's best-in-class software platform with ATIS' leading North American consulting, inspection, and managed services offering.

Building owners and property managers have historically lacked visibility into elevator maintenance performance. Together, ATIS and AuditMate create a modern platform that combines proprietary technology, portfolio intelligence, and expert execution to help customers improve elevator uptime, enhance compliance, reduce risk, and lower costs.
