RealManage Expands Houston Presence with New Office and Appointment of Crystal Williams as Houston Market Leader

The 5,295 square-foot office will support continued growth while strengthening local service and engagement with community association clients, boards, and partners across Houston

HOUSTON & PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RealManage, one of the country’s leading community association management companies, today announced it has opened a new office at the Spectrum Building in Houston and has appointed Crystal Williams, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, as Houston Market Leader. The expansion provides a collaborative base for the company’s 12 Houston associates and strengthens local leadership and engagement with clients, boards, communities, and business partners across one of its largest national markets.

Williams joins RealManage’s Houston team from Cardinal Management Group, a RealManage company, where she most recently led the large condominium division throughout the Washington, D.C. region. Throughout her career, Williams has held leadership roles in both onsite and portfolio management, building trusted partnerships with boards, developing high-performing teams, and bringing experience that supports RealManage’s expansion of local leadership and infrastructure in Houston.

“Opening a local office and appointing Crystal to lead the Houston market are both part of our commitment to raising the standard of service for the communities we support,” said Jose Costa, CEO of RealManage. “Boards should have a management partner that listens, communicates clearly, and follows through. By pairing experienced local leadership with the resources of the broader RealManage organization, we are strengthening the responsive, relationship-driven support that earns trust over time.”

The new Houston office is part of RealManage’s broader investment in markets where community associations most benefit from accessible, relationship-driven support close to home. In Houston, that means giving associates a dedicated local space to collaborate, meet with clients and partners, and continue strengthening service across a market that remains central to RealManage’s Texas footprint. The office will serve as a day-to-day home base for associates and collaboration hub for in-person board meetings, educational programming, and collaboration with local vendors and industry organizations.

“I’m excited about the opportunity to serve more communities across Houston and help lead our team through this next stage,” said Williams. “My focus will be on supporting our associates, strengthening relationships with boards and business partners, and ensuring clients benefit from RealManage’s continued investment in local resources and technology. Together, those elements give us a strong foundation to deliver consistent service and better support the evolving needs of Houston communities.”

RealManage will celebrate the new Houston office with an open house celebration on August 31 at 5:30 p.m., welcoming clients, prospects, CAI Houston leadership, and business partners to meet Williams and connect with the local team.
