New Relic Appoints Nandini Ramani as Chief Executive Officer

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--New Relic, the Intelligent Observability Company, today announced the appointment of Nandini Ramani as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors, effective immediately. She succeeds Ashan Willy, who will continue to serve as an advisor to the Board. Ramani is a recognized technology executive with a distinguished track record in distributed systems, developer platforms, and enterprise software, designing and delivering market-leading products and building diverse, global organizations. She joins from Amazon Web Services, where she most recently led a core portfolio of observability, search, and compliance, including agentic transformation of these services. Ramani brings decades of enterprise engineering and infrastructure leadership, with a career that has spanned executive engineering and product roles at enterprise and consumer software organizations like X, Oracle, and Sun Microsystems.
