AgelessRx Launches GHK-Cu Copper Peptide Cream for Clinician-Guided Skin Longevity

New prescription copper peptide cream offers two clinician-guided concentrations, rigorous quality testing, and ongoing clinical oversight as AgelessRx expands its approach to peptide care.

ANN ARBOR, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AgelessRx, the first-of-its-kind longevity care platform making proactive, evidence-informed care more accessible, today announced the launch of GHK-Cu Cream, a prescription copper peptide cream designed to support the repair and renewal processes that naturally change with age.

Copper peptides have quickly become one of skincare’s most talked-about ingredients, but GHK-Cu has an established background. Also known as Copper Tripeptide-1, GHK-Cu is naturally produced by the body and plays a role in the signaling behind tissue repair, collagen production, and skin renewal, but levels naturally decline with age.

Research suggests topical GHK-Cu may support collagen and elastin production, tissue remodeling, skin barrier integrity, and antioxidant activity within the skin. AgelessRx’s GHK-Cu Copper Peptide Cream delivers the peptide directly to the skin in two clinician-guided concentrations: 0.5% and 3%.

“Peptides are getting a lot of attention right now, but that's not why we're interested in them," said Anar Isman, CEO and Co-Founder of AgelessRx. "Not all peptides are amazing. We care about the ones with real science behind them and the potential to act on the biology of aging. GHK-Cu is a great example. It’s naturally produced by the body, it's been studied for decades, and we can offer it with the clinical guidance and high quality standards we believe peptide care should have.”

The 0.5% formulation provides a gentle starting point for those who are new to GHK-Cu Copper Peptide Cream, have more sensitive or reactive skin, or plan to use the cream on delicate areas such as the face. The 3% formulation delivers a higher concentration for skin accustomed to active ingredients or for people with more advanced firmness and texture goals.

Rather than automatically defaulting to the highest concentration, a licensed medical provider reviews each person’s health history, treatment area, experience with active ingredients, and goals to determine an appropriate starting strength.

The launch comes as consumer interest in peptides is rapidly expanding across skincare, recovery, sexual health, and longevity. But the quality of products sold under the “peptide” umbrella varies considerably, from cosmetic serums to compounded prescriptions to products sold online as “research use only.”

AgelessRx developed the AgelessRx Peptide Standard to create a clearer bar for what makes it into their care. Every peptide the company considers is evaluated across sourcing, quality documentation, available evidence, clinical oversight, and transparency.

GHK-Cu Cream is backed by the standard, with the formulation compounded by licensed U.S. pharmacies and laboratory testing confirming 99.8% purity, passing microbial and endotoxin testing. Every prescription requires review by a licensed medical provider and includes ongoing clinical support. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

“Peptides are moving incredibly fast, and that makes it even more important to be selective about what we bring into care,” said Dr. Stefanie Morgan, PhD, Vice President of Operations and Applied Science at AgelessRx. “GHK-Cu has been studied for decades, which gives us a much stronger foundation to work from. We’re not interested in offering every peptide people are talking about. We’re interested in the ones we can stand behind."

The launch reflects a broader shift in how AgelessRx approaches skin longevity. Rather than treating visible aging as something separate from the rest of the body, the company looks at the biological processes underneath changes in firmness, texture, elasticity, and renewal.

GHK-Cu Cream joins AgelessRx’s growing peptide offering, which currently includes Sermorelin and PT-141. The company is also evaluating emerging peptides as scientific evidence and regulatory pathways develop.

AgelessRx has invested early in building longevity expertise, including fully in-house Clinical and Care teams and a Stanford PhD-led Research Team. Its researchers have conducted more than 11 in-house longevity trials and published nine peer-reviewed papers, while its clinicians bring more than 199 years of combined clinical experience.

That work has earned international recognition. In August 2026, AgelessRx was named a Top 10 Milestone 2 Awardee in the $101 million XPRIZE Healthspan competition, standing out among more than 600 competing teams. The competition challenges teams to reverse age-related decline in muscle, cognitive, and immune function.

GHK-Cu Cream is available now to eligible adults following review by a licensed medical provider, starting at $99/mo.
