USA Today Names CCC a Top Workplace for the Fourth Year in a Row

National Recognition for CCC’s People-First” Workplace Culture

DANVERS, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CCC, a leader in advancing copyright, accelerating knowledge, and powering innovation, has been named to the USA Today Top Workplaces 2025 list for the fourth consecutive year as a result of its “fostering a workplace environment that values employee listening and engagement.” The awards are determined through employee feedback captured through the Energage employee engagement survey compiled throughout 2024.

“Earning a spot on the USA Today Top Workplaces list is more than just an award – it’s a clear signal to job seekers, customers, and stakeholders that an organization values its people and creates an environment where employees can thrive,” said Eric Rubino, CEO, Energage. “This recognition is grounded in authentic employee feedback, making it a true reflection of an organization’s commitment to a positive workplace culture.”

“CCC is honored to be named a top workplace in the United States for the fourth year in a row, and I’m grateful to all colleagues for their contributions to sustaining a world-class culture,” said Tracey Armstrong, President and CEO of CCC. “The USA Today award is recognition of our team’s efforts to build a healthy employee experience, which translates into positive experiences for our partners and customers.”

CCC has consistently earned accolades as an organization.
