Trial Powerhouse Aldous Law Featured in ALM’s Top 100 Verdicts for 2024

The list compiled through Law.com’s analyst team VerdictSearch ranks the nation’s largest verdicts for 2024.

The firm earned its spot following a Dallas County jury trial against Irving-based Walker Engineering for the death of one of its workers. The jury awarded $71.95 million to the widow and four children of Hernan Murrilo, 40, who died after falling 30 feet from a scissor lift in 2019.

The case is Laura Lopez et al. vs. Frito-Lay, Inc. et al., Cause No. DC-19-16959 in the 44^th Civil District Court in Dallas County.
