Texas Super Lawyers Honors Aldous Law for Excellence in Advocacy

Charla Aldous earns another year of recognition among the state’s Top 10 attorneys

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The trial attorneys of Aldous Law have once again been recognized among the state’s best in the 2025 edition of Texas Super Lawyers. Notably, firm founder Charla Aldous remained among the Top 10 in the state for the seventh time.

“It’s an honor to be named among Texas’ Top 10 attorneys again, but what excites me more is seeing Caleb and Eleanor build their own reputations as exceptional trial lawyers,” said Ms. Aldous.

Ms. Aldous also appeared on the guide’s Top 100 list in Dallas-Fort Worth as well as its list of the state’s Top 50 women attorneys. Alongside her receiving recognition were attorneys Caleb Miller and Eleanor Aldous who were named to the companion Rising Stars list, which recognizes lawyers early in their careers.

“It’s an honor to be named among Texas’ Top 10 attorneys again, but what excites me more is seeing Caleb and Eleanor build their own reputations as exceptional trial lawyers,” said Ms. Aldous.

All three award-winning trial attorneys earned nods for their personal injury practice on behalf of plaintiffs. The firm’s verdict and settlement totals exceed billions.

Most recently, the firm secured a significant settlement for a Dallas-area woman who was assaulted during a ride home by a Lyft driver, spotlighting the need for safety laws regarding rideshare companies. And last year, the firm won a $71.95 million verdict in a wrongful death lawsuit against Walker Engineering, in which a father of four fell 30 feet to his death in a Frito-Lay facility in 2019.

The Super Lawyers selection is based on a comprehensive process of peer nominations and detailed evaluations as well as independent staff research. Those with the highest scores are honored on the regional top lists.
