EverPass Named the U.S. Commercial Distributor of NFL’s 2025 Week 1 Friday Game in São Paulo, Brazil

Chiefs vs. Chargers matchup will be available to stream at bars, restaurants, hotels and other commercial venues via EverPass

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--EverPass Media (“EverPass”), the premier streaming platform delivering premium live sports content to commercial businesses, today announced that the National Football League (“NFL”) has selected EverPass to be the U.S commercial distributor of the Friday night Week 1 game of the 2025 NFL season in São Paulo, Brazil on September 5. Through this agreement, bars, restaurants, hotels and other commercial venues in the United States will be able to stream the game, including the pre-and post-game shows, exclusively via the EverPass platform.

This partnership builds on EverPass’ existing relationship with the NFL as the exclusive commercial distributor for NFL Sunday Ticket. EverPass partners directly with premium rightsholders to offer a streamlined solution for business owners seeking access to a comprehensive suite of sports and entertainment content.

“We’re pleased to continue to build our relationship with the NFL to bring this highly anticipated Week 1 Friday night game to millions of fans across the country. NFL games are ‘must-have’ content for business owners, and at EverPass, we’re helping bridge the gap between rightsholders and the commercial market, providing a comprehensive solution to broaden accessibility and helping expand out-of-home viewership in a highly fragmented media environment,” said Alex Kaplan, CEO of EverPass Media.

The game, which kicks off at 8:00 pm EDT (9:00 pm local time) at Corinthians Arena in São Paulo, Brazil, will launch the 2025 NFL International Games, with the Los Angeles Chargers as the designated home team, taking on the Kansas City Chiefs.

"EverPass has proven to be an effective distribution platform for the commercial market. We are excited to expand our partnership with EverPass for the September 5 game in São Paulo, Brazil and deliver our game to commercial establishments across the country,” said Brent Lawton, VP of Business Development & Strategic Investments at the NFL.

As previously announced in May 2025, YouTube will exclusively distribute the São Paulo game to residential consumers globally1.

Additional EverPass sports offerings include Peacock Sports Pass (Premier League, Big Ten football and basketball), UEFA Champions League (Paramount+) and more. To learn more about how EverPass can bring premium live sports to your business, visit https://everpass.com/.
