Charla Aldous Named 2026 Litigation Star for Another Year of Courtroom Success

Recognition highlights landmark verdicts and continued leadership in trial advocacy

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Powerhouse personal injury trial law firm Aldous Law is pleased to announce that Benchmark Litigation has named firm founder Charla Aldous as a Litigation Star in its 2026 rankings.

The annual guide compiles case highlights and evidence, client feedback and peer review to determine honorees. Recognition by Benchmark Litigation is based on outstanding success during the previous year and consistently positive feedback from peers and clients.

“For us, it’s always about the people we represent,” said Ms. Aldous, who also was selected by Texas Super Lawyers among its Top 10 Attorneys for 2025. “Every case we take on is about standing up for someone who’s been wronged and fighting to make sure their voice is heard. To be recognized by my peers for doing that work is humbling and deeply meaningful.”

Ms. Aldous is regarded as one of the nation’s most accomplished trial lawyers, having secured more than $1 billion in verdicts and settlements for clients. Named a “Living Legend” by the Dallas Bar Association, she is a member of several of the legal profession’s most prestigious organizations, including The Inner Circle of Trial Advocates, The International Academy of Trial Lawyers, The American College of Trial Lawyers, and the American Board of Trial Advocates.

Earlier this year, Ms. Aldous was named Lawyer of the Year by The Best Lawyers in America for 2026 in Plaintiffs Medical Malpractice Law and Plaintiffs Personal Injury Litigation. She also was the only personal injury attorney included in Forbes’ Best-in-State Lawyer list for Texas.

Benchmark Litigation researchers conducted exhaustive research, including face-to-face interviews around the U.S., to identify the best trial attorneys at regional and national levels. Learn more about the guide here.
