Unlike general-purpose AI tools, TOB-E works directly with a company's live SmartMoving data to answer operational questions, surface issues that need attention, and provide recommendations based on what's happening across the business. Owners control who has access and can enable TOB-E across their organization.

Until now, nearly every AI product in moving software has focused on sales: voice agents that answer calls, copilots that coach reps. SmartMoving offers this through its Smart Scout AI agent as well, but no other solution today reaches the operational side, where the day is actually run. TOB-E changes that by proactively reviewing a company's live operational data and surfacing what needs attention every morning, with no report to pull.

With a single approval, it can also resend crew and customer confirmations or publish jobs.. It answers only what it can verify and says so when it doesn’t have the data.
