Anaconda Expands Collaboration with Intel to Give Enterprises a Secure Path to Production AI

Building on a long-standing relationship, resulting in more than 500 million downloads of Intel-optimized packages, the companies will further support AI builders as development moves from local devices to the data center and cloud

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Anaconda, Inc., the trusted foundation for AI-native development, today announced expansion of its collaboration with Intel to make Intel-optimized software even easier for developers to access, install and keep current through the conda ecosystem. The announcement comes as the companies mark a milestone of more than 500 million downloads of Intel-optimized AI, ML, and Python packages, increasing speed and accessibility for builders worldwide.

Enterprise leaders want AI systems they trust, with governance and security built in from the start. That's the standard Anaconda and Intel have built together. Today, that foundation extends to AI software development. As enterprises move AI from experimentation to production, trusted packages and models paired with the governance our customers' AI development factories require, is the foundation Anaconda and Intel will continue.

"We've worked with Intel for many years to help unlock the power of Intel’s hardware for open source AI, ML, and Python applications, and this milestone reflects the trust developers place in that work," said Seth Clark, VP Product for AI at Anaconda. "As AI moves from local devices built and shipped through Intel OEMs into the data center and cloud, we look forward to continuing that collaboration with Intel and supporting everyone who builds on those platforms.”

Additional details regarding Anaconda and Intel’s collaboration will follow.
