Guerrilla RF Enhances Corporate Governance with Appointment of David Bell as Chairman

GREENSBORO, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Guerrilla RF, Inc. (OTCQX: GUER), a leading provider of high-performance RF and microwave semiconductors, today announced the appointment of David Bell as Chairman of its Board of Directors, separating the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer roles as part of the Company’s continued enhancement of its corporate governance. Bell, who has served as an independent director since October 2021, succeeds Chief Executive Officer Ryan Pratt as Chairman. Pratt will continue to serve as a member of the Board.

Bell brings more than four decades of analog and mixed-signal semiconductor experience. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Intersil and as President of Linear Technology, both analog and mixed-signal semiconductor companies. Before becoming President of Linear Technology, he served as Vice President and General Manager of its Power Products business and as Manager of Strategic Product Development. He also serves as Chairman of Triad Semiconductor, an analog and mixed-signal solutions provider. Bell holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

The leadership change comes as Guerrilla RF continues to pursue an uplisting to the Nasdaq Stock Market as part of its strategy to broaden investor access and enhance its capital markets profile.
